Bespoke Media Wall & Lounge Storage in Lincoln
We designed, manufactured and installed this bespoke media wall and fitted lounge storage project in Lincoln to create a practical focal point within the room while carefully concealing a range of technical elements within the design.
The project formed part of a larger interior improvement scheme and required extensive planning throughout to ensure the finished furniture worked seamlessly within the space both visually and practically.
As part of our wider fitted furniture in Lincoln service, all furniture was manufactured in our Lincoln workshop before installation.
Bespoke Design & Planning
The project involved multiple design meetings and site visits to refine the layout, proportions and technical requirements before manufacture began.
One of the more complex aspects of the project involved concealing a drop-down projector screen within the upper cabinetry while still allowing smooth operation and future access where required.
We also worked closely alongside other trades during the planning stages, including producing detailed drawings showing socket locations and cable positions for the electrician to follow during first fix works.
Careful planning early in the project helped ensure all wiring, sockets and technical elements remained hidden within the finished furniture while still remaining fully functional and accessible.
Materials & Specification
The fitted furniture was manufactured using a combination of ash veneered MDF, premium moisture resistant MDF and solid timber components.
The design included lower level storage cupboards together with open upper shelving and a concealed drop-down projector screen integrated within the cabinetry.
Soft close hinges and drawer runners were used throughout together with carefully selected ironmongery to maintain a clean and understated appearance.
The solid ash worktops and visible ash elements were finished using Osmo oil while the cabinetry received a spray applied painted finish in Farrow & Ball Oval Room Blue.
Alongside the media wall project we also manufactured a bespoke under stairs storage unit to improve storage elsewhere within the property.
Manufactured in Our Lincoln Workshop
All joinery was manufactured off site within our Lincoln workshop before installation.
Manufacturing fitted furniture in-house allows us to maintain high standards of accuracy, finishing and overall craftsmanship throughout each stage of the project.
The completed furniture was then installed on site in a single day.

Designed Around the Room
Careful consideration was given to both the practical and visual aspects of the project to ensure the finished furniture integrated naturally within the room.
Particular attention was given to concealing cables, socket positions and the projector screen mechanism while still allowing future access where required.
The completed media wall created a clean and functional focal point within the lounge while significantly improving storage and organisation throughout the space.
