Hidden Mirror Ensuite Doors in North Hykeham, Lincoln
We designed, manufactured and installed these hidden mirror ensuite doors for a property in North Hykeham, Lincoln following a large bedroom extension project.
The new extension created two upstairs bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The customer wanted the ensuite doors to remain as discreet as possible. Rather than looking like standard internal doors.

Hidden Mirror Door Design
We designed the doors to appear as full length mirrors rather than obvious door openings. This helped the ensuite entrances blend into the room while still remaining practical for everyday use.
One hidden door was manufactured in Oak while the second was manufactured in Tulipwood ready for painting to match the surrounding room finishes.
Both doors were built around full length mirror panels to create a cleaner and more seamless appearance within the bedrooms.
Bespoke Door Frames and Soft Close Hinges
We manufactured new bespoke door casings to suit the openings left by the builders during the extension works.
The doors were fitted using soft close hinges to give a smoother closing action and help improve the overall feel.
Once installed, the customer arranged for the plaster finish to run directly up to the frames using stop beads. This helped remove the appearance of traditional architraves and created a much cleaner modern finish around the hidden doors.
