Shaker Style Understairs Storage Doors

The new doors were manufactured in moisture resistant MDF and designed in a simple shaker style. The angled layout beneath the staircase required the doors and framework to be purpose made for the space.

Unlike off-the-shelf cupboard doors, bespoke joinery allows the storage to fit neatly beneath the staircase without awkward gaps or oversized fillers.

Soft Close Hinges and Primed Finish

We fitted the doors  using soft-close Euro hinges to give a smoother and quieter closing action during everyday use. We also reused the customer’s existing door knobs to maintain consistency with the rest of the property.
